Wink`s Old Town Grill in Englewood

We enjoyed eating at Wink's, especially on Monday night for their prime rib special. This was an inch thick slab of the best prime rib I've ever tasted. We enjoyed this family-owned restaurant and we'll go back again. Thursday night is pot roast!

Very good food especially breakfast as we've never had lunch there yet. So far it's the best breakfast you can get in Englewood or Venice for matter. All fresh prepared right there.

Very clean, waiter was excellent, kitchen staff was nice, my food was delicious my mom's was greasy and lobster was rubbery but, overall good... A little pricy will go back!

Only place I could find in Englewood/Manasota Key that serves "all-you-can-eat" crab legs, at a decent price. But you have to check, because they only serve them one day a week (I think that is Tuesdays). But I was pleased, because you get a choice of 2 sides & a drink included. It will definitely be on my restaurant list when I'm down on vacation.

The customer service is always fast, excellent mood, helpful employees. I will return here again when I arrive here.

Excellent food and service. Prices are reasonable. They do have two tables outside so if you bring your doggie you can eat out there.

Excellent! I was wondering how Wink's had a 4.5 star rating, now I know. Excellent service and the food is fantastic. It is small and quaint but can get crowded and noisy if enough people are inside.

Great little cafe. I think it's now called Winks Cafe. I had breakfast on Sunday. They have a few outdoor tables, and I love sitting outside. A very nice friendly waitress who was right on it. Eggs benedict was good. I saw lots locals going in and out, so this is good place.9/10/18 had breakfast here again today. Eggs benedict. Was very good, very good service. Great easy place to eat

The breakfast at Wink's Old Town Grill was very good. The two of us each had eggs, bacon, home fries, toast and very good smooth coffee for twenty dollars. Though there was a wait for seating we waited for only a few minutes. The service was excellent and the staff friendly. We will return to try the crab Benedict and seafood dinners. This is a small cafe with tables and chairs and a counter. There are also a couple of outside tables and chairs. Hope you will give Wink's Old Town Grill a try!

Fantastic food and the atmosphere and service was friendly and accommodating. Definately returning and making it our regular go to place to get good quality food and service with a very reasonable price! Love that Winks!

Tried this place in the past with my friend and I am obsessed since then. I enjoyed the awesome ambience and delicious dishes and drinks. 5 stars from me.

Just rediscovered this small cafe in the Beall's Outlet strip mall. So glad I did! Delicious food, great prices. Where else can you eat lobster bisque every day?!? Sundays are brunch menu only, but oh so yummy! Crab Benedicts!!! With piles of crab meat. Daily lunch & dinner specials. Excellent fresh soups. Two outdoor tables.

Great breakfast! We had a meat lover's omelet and crabby benedict and they were both very good. Service was great, and it was very busy. Food came out quickly as well. Would go back again.

Great food and service at a reasonable price. Owner himself there and oversees the dining room constantly to ensure food and service are done well.

Grilled shrimp, two sides were good. Lobster bisque was good too. Not so much on the coconut pie.

We waited a long time to be waited on. It's been 45 min. And we still haven't got our food. I have read other reviews and they say there is fast service here. 3 dont know what is going on.

Had fish special. Glad to have cod instead of tilapia or other bad kinds. It was plentiful too.

Cute little cafe. We were definitely the youngest people there. They sadly were out of clams while we were there. I was really looking forward to them. The food was good. I have to say though, being younger and covered in tattoos I did feel out of place. But that's to be expected in some locations. Overall great food. Clean restaurant.

My family and I have gone there several times, food is usually pretty good, it is just the service that needs replacing. There is one server in particular with a horrific attitude, and we have had multiple bad experiences with this waitress. We have even gone above and beyond to tip her beyond 20% figuring maybe she was having a bad shift. Yesterday we went there with the kids, and immediately regretted when we saw this waitress coming our way. She was complaining about the restaurant being busy. She did take a drink order, but waited on several other tables that sat after us before bringing the kids drinks. After seeing this and in combination of her typical bad attitude, we got up, spoke to the owner, and left. The owner was very apologetic and told us not to pay for our drinks. We will be back, but we hope this waitress gets a better attitude because frankly we will not be served by her again.

A nice standard breakfast place. Mostly indoor seating, a couple outdoor tables looking out on the parking lot. But if you're coming from the beach those outdoor seats are perfect ;)
